Reed Huayin – Change in Management 

3 November 2008 - Reed Huayin (Shanghai) International Exhibitions Company Limited, a joint-venture company of Reed Exhibitions China announces today that Mr. Robby He Wenxiong, one of the Reed Huayin Directors, will be stepping down as General Manager to pursue his other business interests. 

Reed Huayin will continue to focus its business in the Corrugated/Converting; Manufacturing/Machinery and Print/Packaging sectors. It is also constantly reviewing other business opportunities in its core business sectors.

It gives the Board of Directors and the company great pleasure to announce that Ms Josephine Lee has been appointed as the new General Manager of Reed Huayin. Josephine has been working closely with Reed Huayin’s management in recent months. Josephine is one of the most senior and experienced Reed management staff. We hope that everyone will render her your fullest support and co-operation. Let us make Reed Huayin a progressive and successful organization.

2008年11月3日－－励展博览集团中国公司旗下的合资公司上海励华国际展览有限公司（简称励华国际）今日宣布，励华国际董事会成         员之一贺文雄先生（Robby He Wenxiong）将卸任总经理职务，以发展其它事业。
