会议背景Event Background

中国目前是全球最大的煤炭消费、生产和进口国，煤炭作为主体能源的地位不会改变。据有关资料显示，2014年我国产煤38.7亿吨，接近世界煤炭总产量的一半，占一次性能源消费比重为66%，2020年要达到62%，2030年要达到55%，到2050年煤占一次性能源的比重还要保持在50%以上。去年11月，国务院办公厅印发了《控制污染物排放许可制实施方案》，提出规范有序发放排污许可证，严格落实企事业单位环境保护责任，将在火电行业率先推动改革。

  • 273克,2015年前5个月,每千瓦时平均煤耗!”这是上海外高桥第三发电公司控制中心显示的数据。这一水平,意味着该厂发电煤耗为全球最低。

    上海外高桥第三发电公司是中国首批国产百万千瓦火力发电工程之一，建设规模为两台100万千瓦超超临界燃煤发电机组（蒸汽温度达600℃、压力超过25兆帕的火电机组）。走进外三就能看到大屏幕实时显示的污染物排放数据。外三电厂的排放远低于“史上最严”新国标。《华尔街日报》在2010年3月10日的报道中称“世界最高效的燃煤发电厂在上海”。

    2017年5月26日，上海外高桥第三发电公司邀请2017清洁燃煤发电中国国际论坛各参会单位到厂参观交流，共同研讨燃煤发电清洁化发展之路。
