Qualification & Experience / 任职条件：

1. Bachelor Degree or above in Industry Automation, Electrical Automation, Computer Science or other 
Engineering.
具有工业自动化，电力自动化,计算机科学或相关工程专业的学士以上学历；

2. Minimum 3 years of working Experienced in SCADA installation of power grid/gas pipeline/heating 
supply network project. 
具有至少三年的电网，天然气管道和供热网络的SCADA系统安装调试工作经验；

3. Well developed presentation and communication skills. Strong analysis and problem solving skill, 
as well as project management experience.
较强的个人表达能力及和各个层面人员的沟通技巧；.很强的分析问题和解决问题的能力，以及项目管理经验；

4. Knowledge in regard to RTU, PLC (SIEMENS S7 or AllenBradley) hardware installation; understand
 control system and communication protocol (ModBus, OPC).

5.Be familiar with SCADA software: WinCC, Interlution iFIX, Wonderware Intouch  and KingView and

Duties & Responsibilities / 工作职责:
1. Organize solution design, contract tender, project implementation and system maintenance for SCADA 
system and realize the remote collection, storage and display of performance parameters (electrical and
 gas) from small scale power plants.
组织SCADA项目的方案设计，合同招标，项目实施，系统维护，实现在公司总部对所属的几十个小型发电厂运行数据（气体和
电气参数）的远程采集，存贮，展现；

2. Assist the professional engineers to analyze the performance parameters and instruct the power plants
 to optimize operation.
协助专业工程师实现数据分析，指导电厂优化运行；

3. Coordinate the suppliers of different equipment to realize the efficient data exchange among their control 
systems.
协调设备的供货厂商实现各种控制系统间的数据交换；

4. Prepare and release the performance report of power plants regularly.
定期地准备和发布电厂的运行报告；

5. Cooperate with DOE in validation of CERs 
配合DOE完成对项目CER的确认。

Electrical Engineer 发电工程师 
Qualification & Experience / 任职条件： 
Bachelor Degree in Industry Automation, Electrical Automation or other Engineering.
