节能评估中输变电损耗估算与评价方法的探讨

[摘要]目前业内对节能评估报告中部分内容的理解和评价深度不足，输变电损耗的估算方法与评价是普遍欠缺的.主要是解决好变压器损耗、输电线路损耗、输变电损耗率的评价等几个方面的方法问题。通过对项目输变电损耗进行具体计算分析，使估算结果最接近实际，对项目的设计实施起到更好的指导作用。

The Way of Estimation and Evaluation Methods for Loss of Power Transmission and Transformation in the Energy Assessment Process

Abstract: Currently in the industry, the understanding and evaluation of the part of the energy conservation assessment report is not insufficient, and the estimation method and evaluation of the loss of power transmission and transformation is generally lack. It is important to solve the problems in the evaluation methods of several aspects like loss of transformer, loss of transmission line and the loss rate of power transmission and transformation. Through the specific calculation and analysis of the loss of power transmission and transformation project, the estimate result could be closest to the actual, which can guide the design and implementation of the project better.

0引言

随着我国节能减排工作的深入开展，对固定资产投资项目节能评估的深度、广度要求逐渐提高，逐步趋向标准化。这是节能评估行业内的好事。但是，我们仍然看到业内对节能评估报告中部分内容的理解和评价深度不足，输变电损耗的估算方法与评价是普遍欠缺的部分。

通过研究近期很多节能评估报告可见，对项目输变电损耗的估算方法多为按项目总用电量的1%进行粗略估算。不能够进行详细测算的理由是项目可行性研究报告没有提供直接的计算依据，估算难度较大。

本文希望突破可行性研究报告计算依据不足的障碍，解决好以下几个方面的方法问题。

1变压器损耗的计算方法

1.1确定变压器的选型

根据可行性研究报告提供的设备型号、数量、铭牌功率等参数估算项目全部设备的视在功率。根据设备集中安装分布情况确定分设变压器的容量、数量。一般工业企业变压器容量按下属视在功率除以60%估算，从变压器标准序列中选择较接近的容量。
